The Watts check valve type CS 015 is the latest generation of check valves.Not only do these check valves operate ideally, they also offer addedadvantages:- identical contours in open and closed position (stem of valve doesn't protrude);- variable outlet system, facing side or rear side.The innovative use of materials in these valves renders them more resistant toboth chemicals and high temperatures. The CS is also more compact thanconventional check valves, and therefore easier to fit!

Auxiliary mounting tools

In order to achieve a perfectly leaktightcheck valve construction, it is of crucialimportance that mounting dimensionsare respected.

On each check valve data sheet, youwill find the required mountingdimensions to be created in thehousing to the check valve.

In order to avoid any damage of thecheck valves and O-rings it is veryimportant that check valves aremounted in the correct way.

To support positioning and mounting inthe right way Watts produced amounting tool for every check valve.The dimensions of the tools are givenin the data sheet below.

When an approved Watts check valveis built in in accordance with themounting dimensions as given on therelevant check valve data sheet andwhen the proper auxiliary tools areused, Watts ensures a check valveperformance that will last for manyyears.
