The Ri-volutionary systemMulti-variable interior installation is offered by the TS 8 system. Two attachment levels on four inner frame surfaces facilitate optimum space utilisation coupled with fast configuration, e.g. with a mobile workstation for printers and tower PCs.

Individual and cost-effectiveSpecial IW accessories, such as the drawer tray with cross members and telescopic slides or pull-out component shelves, together with TS system accessories including a selection of punched rails, partial mounting plates and much more besides, create particularly cost-effective, customised solutions using standard components.

Integral securityThe workstation, as the nerve centre of a machine or plant, is pivotal to security. For this reason, all doors and drawers are equipped with locks. Added benefits are provided by the stylish comfort handle system, which may also be integrated into an existing lock system.

Design adds valueThe value of modern machine technology is also reflected in its design. For example, the design of the glazed door is skilfully extended into the base/plinth with reinforced stability. Rittal Industrial Workstations are at the heart of every configuration.

These are solutions with a special design flair. There are almost no

limits to the designer’s creativity.
In the production department, the IW range can be extended as required with individual worktops, including additional pedestals.
Control desks – e.g. for printing presses with an individual control panel, and stylish enclosures for slimline HMI monitors.

The ideal laboratory workstation: A large worktop links the workbench to the PC enclosure. A socket strip and light are integrated into the shelving panel.

The IW enclosure with drawers is supplemented with enclosures with customised panels, combined with the support arm system, thus providing solutions for a wide range of laboratory equipment and small machines.

An overbuild or partially encapsulated workstation can also be developed from the IW concept.

A consistent, stylish design solution is derived by combining IW modules with the Automation enclosure based on TS 8.

IW as an extended workbench for small machines, including control and monitoring units.

Highly individualised workstations for measurement technology, calibration and monitoring are a particular speciality of the IW series.

Combination with the support arm system makes the IW concept particularly versatile and cost-effective, with minimal use of special components.

The IW monitor housing is combined with the modular diversity of the AP console system. Mounted on castors, this creates a mobile machine control centre.

The closed “mobile workstation”, secure and ideal for industry use, e.g. with guide handles and TFT screen.

It doesn’t get much more compact than this – scanner or laboratory workstation with secure accommodation e.g. of computer and laboratory equipment.
