    10-12 Pieces of prawns

    1/2 Coconut, paste

    5 tbsp Paste of chilli and white mustard

    10-12 Pieces green chilli, chopped

    2 tsp Turmeric powder

    Sugar and salt to taste 100 gm Mustard oil

    How to make Bhapa Chingri:

    Wash prawns pieces properly and then immerse it in salt water for about 5 minutes.

    Combine oil, coconut paste, mustard paste, salt, turmeric and sugar, mix well.

    Take out the prawns from the water and dry them properly.

    Marinate them in the coconut mixture.

    Place the prawns, individually, on a banana leaf

    Spread the chopped chilli on the prawns and cover it with another leaf.

    Now place the entire package in a pressure cooker and cook for about ten minutes.

    Steamed prawns are ready to serve.

    1/2 Cup tomatoes (chopped)

    1 tbsp Cumin seeds

    1 tbsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder

    4 Green chillies 4 Garlic flakes 1/2 Cup water

    Salt to taste

    Oil for frying

    How to make Brinjal Prawn Curry:

    Cut brinjal into slices.

    Grind mustard seeds, green chillies, coriander leaves and garlic flakes to make a paste by

    adding water.

    Heat the oil.

    Fry brinjal slices till crisp. Keep it aside.

    Now fry prawns till golden brown and keep them aside.

    Add cumin and mustard seeds heated oil.

    Now add chopped tomatoes.

    Cook them for 2 minutes.

    Mix fried prawns and brinjals.

    Stir them well.

    Add prepared paste, turmeric powder and salt.

    Cook the mixture for 5 minutes.

    Add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Brinjal Prawn curry is ready.

    Prawns:

    1 Onion(chopped) 1 Tomato (chopped)

    1 Bunch Coriander Leaves

    How to make Cheese Prawn:

    Mix cheese sauce with prawns.

    Add mustard sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper and salt.

    Mix potatoes with the above mixture. Take a baking dish and grease it with butter.

    Pour the above prepared mixture in it.

    Garnish with onion and tomatoes.

    Bake in oven over 200 C for about 5 minutes.

    Cheese Prawns are ready.

    Top with chopped coriander leaves and serve with toasted buns.

    2 Sprigs Curry Leaves 4 Red Chilies whole

    1 tbsp Red Chili Powder

    How to make Chemmeen Mango Curry:

    Clean and wash the prawns.

    Pat the prawns dry and marinate in turmeric powder and little salt.

    Peel the mangoes and cut into wedges.

    Lightly pound the fenugreek seeds and keep aside.

    Soak and grind coconuts with 1/2 cup warm water.

    Now heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the onion till it turns brown.

    Put the masala powders and mix well.

    Put the green and curd chilies, curry leaves and the kodumpuli along with coconut residue

    and 4 cups of water.

    Let it boil till it reduces by half and thickens.

    Strain the curry through a mesh pressing well to extract all the flavors.

    Heat up the remaining oil and coconut oil and put fenugreek seeds, the whole red chilies andstir well.

    Now add drumsticks, marinated prawns, mangoes and cook till the prawns are done.

    Now pour in the curry and simmer till it combines well.

    Add salt to taste.

    Take away from heat and add the coconut milk and reheat to simmering point.

    Fry till the coconut turns brown.

    Add prawns, potatoes, spices, little water, and salt.

    Cook on low flame until the gravy has been absorbed and the prawns and potatoes are

    cooked through.

    Serve hot.
