Sunday, January 19, 14Slide 5: Why should your audience listen to you? Explain your ethos (credibility). My audience shouldlisten to me and find me credible because I happen to be one of the students that became a statistic because of the flaws in the educational system. I  joined  the  military  after  high  school  in  order  to  buy  time  to  decide  what  career  I  wanted  to  pursue.  This  happened  to  many  of  my  military  friends  also,  not  that  being  in  the  military  is  bad  but  feeling  like  it  is  the  only  choice  is  a  major  problem  that  needs  more  attention.
