Project Proposal (Partner Model)Service & Support :

IGBC Team would be taking care of all Service & Support responsibilities and will engage vendors to provide such services. IGBC Support Desk (Online / Off Line / Voice) : would be available to raise tickets for all kind of issues.IGBC SDM (Service Delivery Manager) would be the second point of contact to address all service related issues. Each premises would be having dedicated SDM and available 24 X 7 for customer escalation. IGBC BCP (Business Continuity Planning ) team would be available to address issues / concerns raised by Customer incase the issues not been addressed on time as per SLA by vendors. Vendor evaluation program to be conducted by ITIS Team.

Project Proposal (Partner Model)A fix bid / T&M contract would be signed between Construction company & IGBC for Managing Service delivery.Commercials:

Sub-Lease Model : (Duration : 10 - 25 Years) IGBC would be having rights to advertise / Quote /rent / lease out the premises to companies . A Base rate to be finalized between both the parties for Unfurnished / Furnished premises . IGBC team will be adding a consulting fee before quoting the same to customer. All customer enquiries to be redirected to IGBC presales team.

Out rate:IGBC would be charging resource cost based on the engagement model. Incase there is a fix bid contract then IGBC project management team will provide the cost, based on the facility / amenities. Rates may very based on project / Location.
