Increasing awareness of tissue donationSTRATEGIC APPROACH:

The HTA does not promote tissue donation, but does seek opportunities to raise awareness. If the public know there is regulation in this area, their confidence and willingness to donate will increase

ACTION: Joint press briefing with the Science Media Centre. New HTA website has a donation page for the public.

RESULT:National media coverage, including comment article and features. 360 visits on research donation page in last month
