Afterwards, review the video footage so that
you can pick out points of improvement (body language, stage usage,
etc)

Audacity is a free audio recording software. Download it on your
laptop, hit record and rehearse your
presentation as though you were giving it in
front of a live audience
You can also use your smartphone or any
other recording device to record your
presentation…
Using the audio, you will be able to concentrate on your
vocal delivery. Pick out points of improvement for
vocal delivery (vocal delivery, pauses, stresses, emphasis on words) etc.
