playing as well as for injury prevention…
Players must follow a strenuous aerobic
exercise to maintain the body flexibility in
between the resting period
The player should progress gradually after a period of
inactivity and should follow
Aerobic conditioning,
Strength training and
Agility training etc..
The coach or the trainer should deliver the right
information to the players about the injury
prevention program and its usability time to time.
