The Idea: Tourism at the Lake Constance without emissions The Urban Buggy is a project of the Fuel Cell Institute at the University of Applied Science Esslingen. The idea was to build an electric powered buggy for the region of Lake Constance to show up electric vehicles in a touristic surrounding.
