• The enrolment of a university is based on total mark, which varies in different province

• Gross enrolment ratio: 59.3% (2008)5.99 Million out of 10.50 Million candidates

• Very competitive to get in a good university

• The quality of different universities are quite different (Project 211, Project 985)
