with information about the quality of the product or service under test.• Responsibilities of tester:

– Understand and analyze Business, Functional, Technical and UI (User Interface) requirements of the project/release.

– – Create Test Scenarios, Test Conditions & Expected results and Test Cases.– – Run and maintain automated Test Scripts. (Applicable only if automation is

planned for the project/release)

– Create Required Test Data and maintain Common Test Data sheet of the Project/release.

– – Create Test Deliverables as per Testing Standards followed by the company or

project/release.

– Execute Test Scripts and document test results.– Log defects and verify defect fixes.

Quality Analyst

• Responsible for the operating system and associated subsystems. • Primary Responsibilities:• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade operating

systems.• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware

and software interfaces with the operating system. Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs.
