HFCF is the new generation fan coil of TRANE with energy saving features. It shall be produced with latest low noise level control technology and advanced production techniques.

ControlThe unit can work with the LCD controller TM50, which has the function of 2-way valve, energy saving, net control to satisfy different conditions.

Indoor Air Quality (Option)We can add the IAQ option at the return plenum, which can kill bacilli, eliminate dust and organic infectant in the air, clean the air of room and improve the indoor air quality significantly.

Installation and Maintenance easilyThe height of unit is 230mm; it can save more installation space. Special designed construction makes it easy to change the coil connection side and maintain the fan blades at the jobsite. Factory mounted valve can save much more time and cost of installation and reduce the possibility of valve leakage.

DCBL Motor (Option)The DCBL motor has more advantages than the AC motor on the efficiency, noise level, energy saving etc. The Unit controller may achieve stepless airflow adjustment according to the difference of room temperature and initial temperature by PID calculation with the fluctuation of ±0.5°C, and reduce the noise level and energy consumption as well.

High EfficiencyHigh heat transfer efficiency with new design hydrophilic wave fin which improve coil ability of the corrosion and water splash protection. Coil tubes are mechanically boned into slit aluminum fin collars with advanced technics to improve the tightness between the tube and fin.

Operating RangeThe products are composed of 9 models of the air flow 200-2400CMH. which are much more reasonable to satisfy the customers’ requirements.

InsulationDrain Pan is constructed from a one piece stamping with no seam or joint to protect from leakage.The insulation shall be special designed to be perfect. No screws shall be used on the drain pan to protect from the possibility of corrosion.

Low Noise LevelWith new designed low speed and wide impellers centrifugal fan whose blades are tested with static and dynamics test.Motors are of permanent split capacitor type of maximum efficiency and minimum noise with permanently lubricated, sealed sleeve bearings.Smart construction design and insulation with good noise elimination effect make the unit most lowest noise level.
