He was the first African
American in baseball in
1947. He was teased when
he started playing
professional white baseballbecause his teammates
didn't want black people on
the team.I think the hardship is he
would be scared that they
might hurt him and that he
might not be able to play
anymore.

Negro league was a black-only
baseball league because the
Major League was for whitepeople only. It started in
1920-1932. In 1937 another
negro league was started.
Major League Baseball is abaseball league.
UCLA is a college that Jackie
Robinson went to and played
lots of sports
