Universal Monitor MoUnt Hardware

Media Mounts for DIRTT wallsDIRTT now offers a universal mounting bracket solution that works in conjunction with a Tv monitor and television wall mount bracket which are supplied locally “by others”.

The Flat Screen Monitor is mounted to the Tv wall mount bracket, as per any wall mount bracket application; the difference being the Tv wall mount bracket is then fastened to the DIRTT Universal Tv Monitor wall Mount Brackets instead of being fastened directly to the wall (see Figure 1 & 2).

DIRTT offers shorter or longer brackets depending on the TV wall mount bracket specified (based on Tv size), the mounting height of the Monitor/Tv and the height of the antler above finished floor (AFF). Part numbers 69450, 69451 and 69606, represent the brackets that are used to hang the Tv wall mount brackets from an antler:

• 69450 is 10” long (See Figures 3) – Order Code HW149• 69451 is 18” long (See Figures 3) – Order Code HW150• 69606 is 22” long (See Figures 3) – Order Code HW151

If mounting the Tv Monitor from the top extrusion of a full height DIRTT wall, you will require Thief Mounting Brackets - part # 69452 which are used to hang the TV from a Thief. It is a 19 1/2” long bracket – Order Code HW152.

A TV Bracket Lock (93106) can be ordered and be attached to any existing bracket. The bracket is designed to be an anti-tilt lock. (See Figures 3 and 4)

CoMponent details

• DIRTT Universal Tv Monitor wall Mount Brackets will be offered in black powder coat as they are concealed behind the monitor.

• The wall Mount Bracket supplied “by others” (shaded color - Figure 2) is suited for the specified TV Monitor.

• The Tv Monitor is supplied “by others”.

DIRTT also offers Mounting Bracket Extensions that will attach to the DIRTT Universal Mount Brackets to enable mounting height adjustment of the Tv Monitor if outside the range of the mounting bracket ordered. The Tv wall mount bracket would then fasten to the Extension Bracket, or through the Extension Bracket and the DIRTT Universal Tv Monitor wall Mount Bracket, or a combination of both.
