Welcome to Virtual Organization Management Institute (VOMI) and thank you immensely for your interest in joining the VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board.
About VOMI
Virtual Organization Management Institute (“VOMI”) is the world's leading and only 100% virtual educational institute strictly focused on the modern virtual organization management discipline founded and pioneered by its founder since 1997. Based on where we are today versus where we want to be in relation to our full potential, I would like to describe our company as being in pre-alpha mode. Therefore, those of you who eventually grab the opportunity to join us will be in a position to make your mark on this organization in a way that very few executives get to experience and your contribution to VOMI and the world will be the stuff of legend for generations to come.
What We Offer
VOMI and business partners offer three types of programs through three separate legal entities:
Virtual Organization Management Institute (VOMI) VOMI offers a main virtual organization management education and certifcation program to secondary school and independent students. This program begins every year in the Fall during the first week of September.
VOMI Virtual Organization Academy (VOMI VO Academy)
Our business partner VOMI VO Academy offers year-round an on-demand, 90-day virtual organization sabbatical program (also known at Virtual Organization Recruiter as a Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training , Assessment and Certification Program) to corporate executives , public policy executives, government executives, military-intelligence-defense personnel, researchers, academics and university faculty members on sabbatical leave who wish to immerse themselves in a 100% virtual organization environment for a short 90-day period of time.
Virtual Organization Recruiter (VOR)Our business partner VOR is strictly focused on offering virtual organization aptitude assessment, training and certification - and “virtual organization recruitment,” NOT “virtual recruitment” – services to employers who are seeking to assess senior executives and mid-level professionals, military-intelligence-defense personnel, public policy executives, government officials, academics and faculty members who are able to adapt and thrive - and Lead - in a 100% virtual or virtual organization environment.

Virtual Organization Managementis a discipline which establishes best practices, policies and procedures for operating in a 100% virtual environment and for managing a “virtual organization ”

So how do we go about meeting the challenge To Be a Good Steward of the Discipline?
We’ve been very successful at meeting the first component of that challenge over the past 15 years through the establishment of universal virtual organization management standards.
The establishment of a process for continuous refinement, revision and update of these standards is our top priority and will always be for us a work in progress.
Your input, ideas and suggestions will be of tremendous value in this arena.
Meeting the True Practitioners Challenge
So how do we go about meeting the challenge To Be True Practitioners of the Discipline?
By adding a virtual organization management education requirement for all members of our Executive Leadership Team and Faculty.
Absent that requirement, we will not be able to meet that second significant challenge which calls on us To Be True Practitioners of the Discipline.
Impact of Meeting the Challenge To Be True Practitioners of the Discipline
The impact of meeting this challenge through the implementation of our virtual organization management education requirement is as follows:
1. Unites All Members of the Executive Leadership Team and Faculty.
2. Allows us all to be on the same page in order that we can function both as a One-Man or One-Woman Army and as a highly dynamic and effective unit.

The Advisory Board functions as an advisory organ to the Office of the Chairman on all matters
pertaining to local, regional, and global issues, events, and
opportunities
Membership Levels
GLOBAL AMBASSADORS
Receive a lifetime
appointment. Play a semi-
active but very crucial role in the success of VOMI Virtual Organization Academy in
governmental, military and
academic circles and are eligible
to receive substantial VOMI equity grants and other high-value
benefits
HONORARY MEMBERS
Play a passive role in the
development and success of the Board and are allowed , upon invitation, to attend special meetings of the
board.
Board Membership
Membership in the Think Tank-Advisory Board consists of a maximum of
36 officers (One Chair and One Vice-Chair per committee or subcommittee) and , with the exception of the Global Ambassadors Committee, 5-12 members per committee and subcommittee. The Global Ambassadors Committee consists of up to 5 Global Ambassadors per country, up to a maximum of 1000 ambassadors worldwide.
The board consists of a total of eight (8) committees and ten (10) subcommittees
Term of Service
Members, with the exception of Global Ambassadors, are elected to the Global Think Tank-Advisory Board for a 6-month term of service, up to a maximum term of 3 years or 6 consecutive terms.
Global Ambassadors are exempt from the maximum term of service and receive a lifetime appointment by the Chairman of the Global Ambassadors Committee subject to approval of the Chairman of the Think Tank Advisory Board.
Members of the VOMI Executive Committee nominate Think Tank-Advisory Board members.
The Main VOMI Membership Body votes on nominated members to the Global Think-Tank Advisory Board.
The entire 36 seats on the Advisory Board are open for election every 6 months.
Board Member Compensation and Benefits
Over 154 million performance share units and restricted stock units have been allocated for compensation to Active Members and Global Ambassadors over a 3-year term period.

Ad Hoc Cash Compensation is also available to all members on a performance basis based on the value of tangible revenue opportunities brought to VOMI
