The calendar is very good for keeping track of involvement in school sports and community activities. Please track all of your service hours. This will help when you fill out your extra-curricular forms for awards at the end of the year. If you feel like you are not involved in much outside of the school day, maybe this is the opportunity you need to push yourself to become more involved in the school community. Calendar Your calendar needs to be complete up to each of the due dates when you hand it in. i.e. When you hand in your first section on October 27 th , 2017 your Calendar needs to be completed up to that date. 1 mark for notation on the Calendar and 1 mark for detailed notes about event, practice, assignment, etc. You will get 2 marks for every month September to April 2017 - 2018 Every month must be complete with events marked, hours kept, and notes on the side pages. Calendar Includes: Holidays, School events, church, assignments, fine arts clubs and practices, youth group, family events, homework, family trips, sports (games and practices), activities, etc. Notes Pages include what the activity was, where you did it, how long was it. i.e. I have 1-hour ballet lessons every Thursday at Exisdance dance studio. Calendar Section The calendar section is different from all other sections because it will be completed throughout the school

year. The calendar is very good for keeping track of involvement in school sports and community activities.

Please track all of your service hours. This will help when you fill out your extra-curricular forms for awards at

the end of the year. If you feel like you are not involved in much outside of the school day, maybe this is the

opportunity you need to push yourself to become more involved in the school community.

Your calendar needs to be complete up to each of the due dates when you hand it in. i.e. When you hand in your first section on October 27th, 2017 your Calendar needs to be completed up to that date.

1 mark for notation on the Calendar and 1 mark for detailed notes about event, practice, assignment, etc.

You will get 2 marks for every month September to April 2017 - 2018

Every month must be complete with events marked, hours kept, and notes on the side pages.

Examples of spiritualty

Supporting evidence must include documentation regarding sacramental preparation, copies of Certificates-Baptism, First Holy Communion, First Reconciliation, Confirmation, research assignments on the lives of saints, altar service, attendance at weddings, being a flower girl, server, recognition for celebration leadership, volunteering (soup kitchen, visiting the elderly, scorekeeping, etc.). Tie it back to faith and why it is important to YOU!
