Collection of Feedback:
Feed back in a structured way on various issues such as
introduction of new courses, restructuring the old courses, job
oriented courses, skill development courses and many other
aspects pertaining to teaching and learning areas besides
infrastructure, has been obtained from students, teachers,
employers, alumni and parents both online and off line by
IQAC at the end of I, III and V semester so as to affect the
same in the Boards of Studies of respective courses to be held
in the successive year.
Feedback Analysis:
The feedback thus obtained has been analysed by the
members of IQAC to shortlist the demands of the stake holders
and the following are found to be the major demands of the
stake holders.

Consolidated Stakeholders (I to VI Semesters) Question wise Analysis
Collection of Feedback
Feedback on curriculum and related aspects has been collected on line at
www. gcrjy.ac.in iqac. Feedbacks have been designed separately for
students, teachers, parents, alumni, industrial experts. Access to this tab is
given 24/7 and analysis is made twice that is before the departments go for
conduct of Board of Studies.
In the month of November 2015 and March 2016 the feedbacks were
analysed by IQAC with the assistance of Department of Statistics. Major
suggestions from stakeholders were forwarded to concerned Departments
for Action.
During the Academic year 2015-16, 1175 numbers from 39 UG programmes
and 9 PG programmes gave their feedback on curriculum and academic
environment and other student related services on campus. Due care has
been taken to collect feedback from Students studying in all programmes.
1. Student feedback Analysis:
Questionnaire for students is structured with five questions on
curriculum, six questions on Academic Environment and six questions on
other related services. The questions in all these cases are to be answered
on 5 rating scale beginning poor to excellent and one open question for
suggestions.

This questionnaire is structured with four questions. All the four questions are to
be answered either yes or no with suggestions. (100+115=215) Numbers of parents
have given their feedback on line during the academic year 2015-16.

structure of the programme in which their ward is admitted.

observations of the industrialists as to Satisfactory and needs to improve.

71 per cent industrialists expressed their satisfaction over the
employability of technical skills among the students.
Q.2. Sufficiency of theoretical Background and practical applications
62 per cent industrialists expressed their satisfaction over the sufficiency
of theoretical background and practical application while 38 per cent
recommended measures to improve on the same.
Q3. Creative and Innovative
62 per cent of the industrialists expressed their satisfaction over the
creativity and innovative attitude of the students and 38 per cent of them
expressed the need to take measure by the institution in this direction.

69 Cent per cent of the industrialists expressed their satisfaction over the

52 per cent of the industrialists expressed their satisfaction over the Soft
