CENTRE OPENING HOURS

Gold Coast Aquatic Centre is open every day except Christmas Day, Good Friday andANZAC Day.

Temporary restricted trading hours:• Monday to Thursday - 5am to 7pm• Friday - 5am to 6pm• Saturday - 8am to 3pm (until Saturday 18 July)• Saturday – 7am to 3pm (from Saturday 25 July)• Sunday - 8am to 2pm

GROUP FITNESS

A.B.T - intense low impact toning class targeting your abs, butt and thighs to strengthen and improve core stability.

Barbell - gets the muscles pumping using an adjustable barbell for our freestyle whole body strength workout to music.

Bootcamp - high intensity circuit in an outdoor environment mixing traditional exercises and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.

H.I.I.T. - High intensity interval training gets the heart pumping and the muscles burning.

Hybrid - freestyle type of training could have you rowing, barbell thrusting, kettle bell swinging and sled pushing with the focus to combine strength, power, agility and conditioning.

Pilates - beginner/intermediate will help to tone your body, improve your posture, balance, control and strengthen your core muscles.

Tabata - short intense intervals with even shorter rest periods! A combination of cardio and resistance training designed to increase fitness and burn fat.

Yoga - one of the best forms of exercise designed to keep the body toned, strong and flexible. Suitable for beginner through to the more experienced.

Zumba - Latin inspired dance class using music and dance steps to provide a calorie burning cardia workout with the emphasis on fun.

SPIN FITNESS

Spin - fun freestyle cycle class suitable for all levels designed to increase your heart rate, burn calories, tone the glutes, thighs and calves. Also available in 30 minute express.

AQUA FITNESS

Aqua Aerobics - This water based workout focuses on endurance, resistance tools and fun in shallow water.

DWR - deep water running is low impact exercise using every muscle group in the body. Participants wear buoyancy belts and try to maintain a vertical position while running in deep water.
