Governments and individuals alike have followed suit of businesses to explore opportunities abroad in the era of globalization. The availability of study abroad and exchange programs, and international volunteer opportunities is increasing not only for college students, but also K - 12 students as well. As more youth live, study, or travel abroad, Korea's potential in the era of globalization is increasing. Accordingly, it is necessary to conduct systematic dialog on how to gather information on career paths and personal development in the face of globalization. In this session, we will discuss research on
certifications and skills needed for overseas career tracks and employment, and we will look at how we might aid students in Korean Meister Schools make their way overseas and how these students can acquire the mindset necessary to succeed in a global era.
