ACOUSTIC MUSICAcoustic music uses instruments which produce sound entirely through acoustic means rather than electric or electronic means. Acoustic music started after the advent of electronic instruments such as the electric guitar, electric violin, electric organ and synthesizer.

Performers of acoustic music sometimes use electronic amplifiers to make the sound of the instrument loader, this does not make the music electronic it still counts as acoustic as the sound is not changed but just made loader. Often a microphone is placed in front of the instrument.

Acoustic music is often related to live performances, guitars and festivals. Acoustic music is usually easy listening music, the lyrics are usually meaningful to relate to the audience.
