ERDC Provides a Positive Learning Experience

ERDC Supervisory Relationship = Positive Work ExperienceMore mentors than ever are participating in the student program and supervisory relationships remain strong. Respondents report that supervisors and team leaders provide work opportunities consistent with student abilities; provide clear guidance and offer valuable feedback. The students find their work interesting and report a positive learning experience. Supervisory Relationship and Work Experience are two major factors which contribute to students’ positive experience as they received solid 85% and 84% scores respectively. Mentors and Supervisors are also doing a better job matching students’ work assignments to their area of study – up 7% from last year.

“I can see the real world applications and how the projects I'm helping with provide those improvements. The people I work with are AMAZING! They make this experience so much fun and educational.”
