furnishing solution to owners in the Royal

Palm building, to get the apartments ‘turn-

key’ ready for owner occupancy or rental

So How Does It Work?For an agreed fee, we will source and negotiate

purchases on your behalf, and organise to have

everything delivered and installed in your

apartment that you would like assistance with.

We will discuss the budget in advance, and keep

detailed records and receipts of purchases to

provide you at the conclusion of the work.

We can present you with options to choose from,

based on our discussions with you about your

preferences and budget, for you to approve

major furniture items – or you can leave it up to

us!

Think of us as your personal shopper

You might think that having a ‘personal shopper’ sounds expensive, but as you are paying us an

agreed fee for services, we will use our relationships with stores and providers in Panama to

negotiate discounts on your behalf, and pass the savings to you.

Clients often end up saving as much if not more than our agreed service fees in negotiated

discounts, without having to attend a store, or wait for a delivery man!

Our Philosophy to Furnishing

You don’t have spend a fortune to have a great looking apartment, and we seek out the ‘best value’

appliances and furnishings – good quality for a reasonable price. The cheapest sofa or mattress

might not be the ‘best value’ if it is not comfortable. The cheapest fridge is not the ‘best value’ if it

breaks down in two years. A beautiful white designer sofa is not ‘best value’ in a rental property.

This philosophy is reflected in our suggested budgets for appliances and furniture.

We would suggest a budget of $9500* for known-brand appliances in the 70m2 apartments – including

delivery, installation and local taxes:

Fridge Side by Side Two door; stainless steel finish; with in-door ice and water

dispenser.

Stove-top Stainless steel finish

Built in oven Stainless steel finish

Microwave Stainless steel finish, with extractor fan

Laundry Centre Washer and dryer unit (electric).

Water heater 18L

Air Conditioners 3 x AC units in the 70m2 apartments; 4 AC units in the 2br oceanfront units, and

We would suggest a budget of $15,000* to furnish a 2 bedroom 70m2 apartment ‘turn-key’ –

including delivery, installation and local taxes:
