Case Study: Madza Brand Recall and Model Refresh Challenge: In the process of launching a new body style for one model, Mazda sought to increase brand awareness and consideration of their product for consumers in the market for a new vehicle. Solution: Mazda developed ads targeting their core demographic, and utilizing a pump top network, delivered those ads to drivers in a three state area. Results: In a four week follow-up survey, consumers who had seen the ad(s) reported a 64% ad recall rate and a 55% increase in consideration of the refreshed model for their next vehicle purchase. Case Study: Fiat 500 Brand Recall Challenge: Measure the effectiveness of 2013 Fiat 500 commercial aired at the pump. Solution: GSTV, Fuel Stop Media’s national partner, aired a Fiat 500 spot specifically tailored to reach consumers at the pump. Results: Unprecedented unaided ad recall among drivers: • Overall ad recall: 60% • Unaided ad recall: 45% • More than double the rate of traditional TV advertising • 100% viewers are drivers • 81% traditional TV viewers are drivers Source: Lieberman Research

Case Study: The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Challenge: The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery sought to increase ticket sales for all draw games by highlighting jackpots on draw days, as well as promoting underperforming draw games during off-peak hours. Solution: C-Store Media in Central Arkansas worked with the Lottery to develop flash-based creative which highlighted jackpot amounts of draw games during the 12-hour lead to the drawing, and highlighted underperforming drawings during off-peak hours. Results: Lottery sales at all of the test locations increased 14% over the control group during a 12-month period. One underperforming draw game saw a 1,000% increase during its one month promotion. Case Study: The California State Lottery

Challenge: The California State Lottery sought to increase tickets sales on the specific days when Jackpot amounts were in the low to mid–range. Solution: Outcast Media, Fuelstop’s national partner, displayed California Lotto’s “Only a Millionaire” ad campaign highlighting the key message “Isn’t any jackpot worth playing for?”, at locations where lottery tickets were sold. Results: Lottery sales at all of the test locations increased 7.2% over the control group during the 31 days that the California Lottery spot ran on the pump top network.
