    performance

    For academic courses, feedback is sought from the students in the middle of the

    semester. For other activities such as the Library, Canteen, Transport and

    Maintenance, Hostel, etc, students are members of the various committees for

    providing their feedback. An overall exit feedback is also taken from the students when they pass out of the

    college. Alumni are interacting and giving feedback regularly twice a year.

    Different committee are constituted to deal with matters of concern for students,

    including areas such as anti ragging, women's welfare and Hostel welfare and

    Canteen Committee. The institution also has a Students Association to formally

    participate in meetings and provide feedback to the relevant authorities in the

    college. Regular meetings with parents are arranged twice in a year so that the voice

    of the students can be heard through the parents also and their problems solved.
