Click on Self Service

Select Record Resignation
Select Employee Name or Code to be opened
Select Record Resignation
Select Employee Name or Code to be opened
Select Reliving letter status
Select FNF status
Select Voluntary Resignation status
Click on Approve or Reject
Select Reliving date if required to
change
Select Separation type& enter Comments & deduction amount
Employee Exit Interview
Click on Employee Lifecycle >>>Exit interview form
Enter Comments & Click Submit
FOR CLEARANCE OWNERS
Click on Self Service
Click on Forms pending for your approval
Select Separation Activity Approval
Select Employee Name or Code to be opened
Select Status
Enter Comments
Click on Accept
Enter amount to be deducted
FOR HOD APPROVAL
Click on Self Service
