Did you know that there’s a pyramid made out of food! Well there is, and
it’s called the food pyramid!
• You eat food every day. Food is your fuel, kind of like a car’s fuel. Your fuel is called energy. You spend your energy when you exercise or when you’re active.
This is a food pyramid. Not what you expected, right!?
• There are six food groups in all: Grain, Fruit, Vegetable, Dairy, Protein, and Oil.

If you eat poorly, you’ll become overweight. Don’t eat these foods often.
If you eat healthy, you’ll be healthy and have a good life.If you eat healthy and exercise, you will have an even better life.
