ထ႔အျပင automatic fire detector မား သ႔မဟတ water flow detection device မား ပါဝငသည fire alarm system သည supervising station ႏင ခတဆကထားသညအခါ manual fire alarm box ကပါ မျဖစေန

Analog/Addressable detector မား၏ sensitivity level က detector တပဆငထားသည ပတဝနးကင

အေျခ အေနႏင ကကညေအာင အလရသလ ခနညႇႏငသည။ Detector အနးတြင ဖနမား ရေနေသာေၾကာင detector သည alarm state သ႔ ေရာကခါနးျဖစေနလင analog smoke detector မား၏ sensitivity က control unit တြင သငေလာသည setting သ႔ ေျပာငးေပး(adjust လပေပး)ႏငသည။ ထသ႔ျပလပျခငးျဖင false alarm မား ျဖစေပၚမႈက ကာကြယ ဟန႔တားႏငသည။

Conventional system မားက အေသးစား အေဆာကအဥ(small building)မားတြင တပဆငေလ ရသည။ အေဆာကအဥ ေသးငယသျဖင မညသည ေနရာမ alarm ျဖစေပၚသညက ခြျခားရန(point identification of the device in alarm) မလအပေပ။ Addressable fire alarm system မားက ႀကးမားသည အေဆာကအဥမားတြင တပဆငေလရသည။ Addressable fire alarm system မ alarm မား ထြကေပၚသည အခါ မညသည ေနရာတြင တပဆငထားသည မညသညကရယာ မ alarm ျဖစေပၚ ေနေၾကာငး(activate) အတအက သႏငသည။

ေရာကရသည။ Smoke/heat detector သ႔မဟတ detector တစမးမး activate ျဖစလငေသာလညးေကာငး၊ sprinkler system ၌ ေရစတင စးဆငးလငေသာလညးေကာငး၊ fire alarm panel ဆသ႔ input အျဖစ ေရာကရသည။ Input point မ ေဒတာမားက အေျခခ၍ program လပထားသညအတငး output command မား ထတေပးသည။

၁၁.၁.၂ Mimic Panel အေဆာကအဥ တစခလးတြင တပဆငထားသည ကရယာမားအားလးက တစစတစေဝးတညး ၾကည႐ႈႏင

ရန ေဖာျပထားသည panel က “master mimic panel” ဟေခၚသည။ အထပတငး ေနရာတငးမ fire fighting equipment မား၊ fire alarm ကရယာမား(devices) အားလး၏ အေျခအေနက တစေနရာတညးမ သႏငသည။

၁၁.၁.၃ Master Mimic Panel Master mimic panel သည 2 ways communication system ျဖစသည။ 2 ways communication

system ၏ ေဆာငရြကခက(၂)မးမာ motinor လပႏငျခငးႏင control လပႏငျခငး ျဖစသည။ Device မားႏင local fire alarm panel မားတြင ျဖစေပၚေနသမ အေျခအေန အားလးနးပါးသည master mimic panel ဆသ႔ ေရာကရသည။ Master mimic panel မလညး fan မား ေမာငးျခငး ၊ ရပတန႔ျခငး၊ တခါးမားႏင damper မား ဖြငျခငး ၊ ပတျခငး၊ စသညကစၥမားက လမး၍ ခငးေစႏငသည။ တျခားတစေနရာမ မးေဘးအတြက ေစာငၾကည ေပးသည စနစ(Decentralized Alarm Monitoring System)ဆသ႔ အခကအလကမား ေပးပ႔ရသည။ Decam ဟ အတေခါက ေခၚသည။ Decam ကမၸဏမားသည call center ကမၸဏမား အလပလပပႏင တညၾကသည။ Decam မ မးေလာငေနေၾကာငး singnal လကခရသညအခါ သကဆငရာအေဆာကအဥမ တာ၀နရသက ဖနးဆက၍

Fire alarm activate ျဖစၿပးေနာက

(၁) ဓာတေလခါး (lift and escalator)မား အားလး homing ျပလပျခငး။ ဥပမာ- မးေလာငေနေၾကာငး main fire alarm panel မ signal လကခရရသညအခါ ဓာတေလကားမား အလအေလာက ေျမညထပ သ႔မဟတ အျပငဘကသ႔ ထြကသြားႏငသညအထပသ႔ ဆငးသကျခငး(lift homing or elevator recall)

(၂) ေလခါး(staricase)မားက pressurization fan မား အသးျပ၍ ေလခါးအတြငး၌ ေလဖအား ျမငတကလာေစရန အတြက ျမနႏႈနးအျမငျဖင လညပတေစရမည။ ေလခါး(staricase)အတြငးရ ေလဖအားသည ျပငပ ေလဖအား ထက ပမားေနမသာ ေလခါးအတြငးသ႔ မးခးမား ဝငေရာကျခငးမ ကငးေဝးေစလမမည ျဖစသည။

(၃) Public Address (PA) system မ အေဆာကအဥအတြငး မးေလာငေနေၾကာငး သ႔မဟတ မးေဘးအႏရာယ ရေၾကာငး ႀကတငအသသြငးထားသည ေၾကျငာခကမား ထတလႊငေပးရမည။ လမားက ေဘးကငးရာသ႔ ထြကခြာသြားေစရန အေၾကာငးၾကားရမည။ PA system ဆသညမာ အေဆာကအဥ အတြငး တပဆင ထားသည စပကာ(speaker)မား ႏင အသလႊငထတႏငသည စနစျဖစသည။ ဇနတစခအတြငး ၌သာ ေလာငေနသည မးျဖစလင၊ အေဆာကအဥတစခလးက အသေပးရန မလအပလင (အေဆာကအဥ တစခလးရ လမား ထြကခြာသြားရန မလအပလင) မးေလာငေနသည ဇန တစခတညးကသာ အေၾကာငးၾကား ေၾကျငာ ေပးရမည။

(၅) မးခ(fire resistance) roller shutter မား အားလးက ပတထားရမည။ Fire resistance roller shutter မားက မးကးစကေလာငကြမးျခငး မျဖစေစရနႏင မးခးမား မပႏေစရနအတြက ပတထားျခငး ျဖစသည။ Fire roller shutter မား ပတသြားသည အခါ လမား ထြကခြာသြားႏငရန အတြက ထြကေပါက(exit) တပဆငေပးရမည။

ကြမးကငစြာ အသးျပႏငသမားပငလင ထကသ႔ေသာ fire alarm panel မားႏင ေတြ႔ႀကရလင အမား ျပလပမႏငသည။

မးေလာငလင fire alarm panel က အသးျပရမညသမာ ထတလပသ(manufacturer)၊ တပဆငသ (installer)၊ ကြမးကငသ(technician)ႏင စစေဆးသ(inspector)မား မဟတၾကဘ အေဆာကအဥတြင ရေနသည

၁၁.၇ FACP တစခေပၚတြင ပါရသည အရာမား (၁) Interface

သငေလာေသာ လအပသည တ႔ျပနမႈ(response)မား ေဆာငရြကေပးနငေအာင FACP ထသ႔ input command မား ထညသြငးျခငး interface ျဖစသည။

(၂) Battery Main power supply ပကေတာကသြားခန(interrupted)တြင ယာယလပစစဓာတအား(short-term power supply) ေပးႏငေအာင ဘကထရမားက အသးျပရန တပဆငထားသည။

(၃) SLC loops Adressable input device မား၊ output alarm appliance မား၊ FACP ႏင အျပနအလန ဆကသြယ ႏငေအာင ခတဆက(communication)ထားသည circuit သ႔မဟတ loop ျဖစသည။

(၅) Relays FACP ႏင အေဆာကအဥအတြငးရ တျခားေသာ system မား interface လပရနအတြက အသးျပသည။

(၆) Phone jacks FACP ႏင digital communicator တ႔ ခတဆကရနအတြက အသးျပသည phone connection ျဖစသည။

(၇) Power conditioner FACP ဆသ႔ ေပးထားသည လပစစဓာတအား၌ electrical surges ၊ spikes ၊ overvoltages ၊ brownouts ႏင electrical noise မား ျဖစျခငးမ ကာကြယေပးရနအတြက တပဆငထားျခငး ျဖစသည။

(၈) Cabinet FAC unit ထညထားသည ဘဒပသဏၭာန metal casing ျဖစသည။ Cabinet အတြငးရ keypad ၊ LCD display စသညတ႔က ျမငသာေအာင တပဆငထားရမည။ Cabinet က အလြယတက ေတြ႔ျမင(visually identify)ႏငသည ေနရာမားတြင တပဆငထားရမည။ FACP မပကစးေအာင သဘာဝပတဝနးကင ေဘးရနမား(environmental threats)မ ကာကြယေပးသည။ ဖန၊ အမႈန(dust)ႏင ေရခးေရေငြ႔(moisture) စသည တ႔မ ကာကြယေပးရသည။
