The control unit has been made up of modules, which make it easy to expand and service it. The basic version is equipped with power supply, control system, display and loop module. Expanding the control and adjusting it to your own needs can be done by installing and programming corresponding expansion cards

The control units are produced and sold in a couple of casings. The casing may or may not be equipped with a log printer (installed on the front door).

Maximum 4 expansion cards (e.g. a line module) can be connected to the fire alarm control unit. The unit consists of a control panel made up of LED indicators, some buttons, as well as 7-inch high resolution display. In the event of a system failure the basic system automatically switches to the backup system (redundancy) which carries on with all the functions as per EN 54-2 norm.

The display is available in several language versions.

The event log memory has the ability to store minimum 50,000 events. The memory and configuration can be stored on SD card. All saved events can viewed on a control panel and printed out by means of an inbuilt printer or viewed by means of the service tools and then printed from a PC. If more sensors need to be monitored, the system can be expanded by adding more interacting control units

Fire alarm control units can be interconnected by means of the so called networking. The ESP remote control panel can also be connected to communication line in order to control each unit as well as to configure individual systems

The ESP panel allows to operate the control unit from a remote destination, by multiplying its interface and sending messages about: failures, blocking, testing and technical alarms. Due to the the use of a remote control panel, the central unit can be installed at a most topologically convenient location, whereas the panel can be installed close to the staff that manages the fire alarm system.

The panel allows to confirm the indication of a fire alarm to the central unit and then delete the alarm indication. The panel controls its own systems and indicates their failures once they occur. It is possible to test the performance of alarm indicating elements of the terminal. The access to control elements and certain functions is variable and has been divided into access levels.

Networking the control units allow for designing the large, decentralized fire alarm systems used in any type and any size of buildings.

Optionally, the control units can be monitored via TCP/IP protocole. Remote access to the system can be obtained by means of a PC via dedicated software

The TS detector is normally equipped with two detectors: the detector of temperature and smoke. The application of two sensors allows for swift and reliable detection of all types of fires. Depending on individual needs and installation site, one of the sensors may be switched off by means of a control panel (choosing an appropriate operation mode).

The algorithms have been applied in such a way so as to largely reduce the so called false alarms. The detector additionally monitors the level of dirt and informs the control unit once cleaning of the detector is required. The fact that the detectors are contaminated was also taken into account in a detection algorithm, thus increasing the certainty of fire detection.

The detector has been equipped with esthetic and low profile casing which guarantees quick and handy mounting. The detector base ensures loop continuity in spite of the absence of a detector. This allows to take all electrical measurements of the loop and maintain loop continuity while the detector is removed during service works.

Each detector has been equipped with a short circuit two-sided insulator which ensures continuous work of the loop in spite of short circuit on the loop. It also allows easy tracing of the failure

Our TSC detector is normally equipped with three sensors detecting temperature, smoke and carbon monoxide. The application of three sensors allows for quick and reliable detection of all types of fires as well detecting the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Depending on the need and location of a detector, one of three sensors can be disconnected by means of a control panel button.

The application of carbon monoxide detector is especially useful in rooms and zones where temporary smoke or sudden temperature increase may occur. The examples of such zones are underground garages or production areas. An additional carbon monoxide detector makes it possible to eliminate false alarms, improve the safety of people present in such rooms and decrease the risk of asphyxiation. The detector monitors the level of contamination and sends a cleaning request to the control unit. The contamination level is also taken into account in detection algorithm.

The detector comes in an esthetic, low-profile casing which allows for quick and handy installation. The base ensures loop continuity even in the event of detector’ s absence, which makes it possible to take all electrical measurements of the loop and allows to maintain loop continuity once the detector is dismantled during maintenance operations.Each detector has been equipped with a two-sided short-circuit insulator that secures continuous operation even in the event of short circuit. It also enables easy failure location.

ROP21 - manuall call point ASD-1 acoustic/optical indicator

This ROP-21 manual call point is used to transfer information about fire alarm to a control unit by a person who noticed fire and who manually activated the call point. The manual call point can only be in operation with detector lines and loops controlled by the control unit line module.

The module is equipped with a ratchet mechanism allowing for reconverting the armed state without the necessity to replace any elements. The element is equipped with a two-sided short-circuit insulator

The indicator is used for acoustic and optical fire alarm indication in fire indication systems. It is intended for indoor rooms.

The indicator consists of two parts, the first of which is the appropriate indicator in an inflammable casing. It contains leads for connecting the supply voltage as well as pins which allow to choose the type ofsound. Y ou can choose between four acoustic signals. The other part, that is the base, is an element which allows to mount the indicator to a ceiling or a wall. The base is universal and it is applied in both indicators and multi-sensor detectors.

The indicator is used for acoustic and optical fire alarm indication. It is intended for indoor rooms and complies with EN 54-3 norm.

The indicator consists of two parts, the first of which is the appropriate indicator insidean inflammable casing. The casing is available in white or red color. The device can be directly connected to detection line module by means of a fire alarm control unit. The number of elements connected to the detection line module is determined by the indicator’s volume adjustment. The volume level and the type of sound signal are set directly in the fire alarm central unit. The other part, that is the base, is an element which allows to mount the indicator to a ceiling or a wall. The base is universal and it is applied in both indicators and multi-sensor detectors.

WZ-4 status indicator serves for repetition of optical fire alarm indication status of either one or more detectors. It can be installed in a base of one detector or a group of detectors. The indicator can be used either when the detector is not visible or when access to a room monitored by detectors is restricted e.g. suspended ceiling, conduits, maintenance rooms, hotel rooms, etc.

MIO22 module

The module has been designed to operate based on a detection loop and it functions as a controlling-steering element. The MIO22 loop module is equipped with 2 inputs and 2 potential-free outputs. The potential-free inputs can be either monitored or non-monitored (monitoring of the short circuit/opening of the wiring).

It is intended to activate fire alarm devices (e.g. indicators, smoke dampers, fireproof doors, etc.) via relay contacts of the fire alarm devices. The inputs serve, among others, to signal and monitor e.g. door limit switches, extinguishing systems, sprinklers. etc.

The base serves to connect and install TS and TSC detectors as well as ASD-1 and ADS-2 indicators.

The base is equipped with a mechanism closing the detection circuit, due to which the line can be checked once a detector is not installed.
