•The necessity to communicate in English has become a place common in the business, policy, education, medicine, trips and tourism among others and this is not going to change.

•The fact that the world has reached a transformative moment in a long process is remarkable enough, but even more remarkable is the idea that rapid change will not now be a permanent feature of global life, rather it is a consequence of the transitions towards a new and more settled world order, with quite different cultural, economic and linguist landscapes.

•The companies depend more and more on the electronic mail and Internet, means in which the dominant language is the English.

•Speaking English is an absolute requirement for Mexican citizens who wish to advance in a professional field. Because of close ties with the United States, many Mexican companies conduct a certain amount of their business in English.

•The Mexican people have had that to face a world environmental of intense competence; because the negotiation with the other countries, the North American Trade Free Agreements (NAFTA) it brought important changes in the economic, commercial, social and educational areas.

•Here in México the people who uses the English language continues growing day after day, it is the language in which the international business are carried out.

•The change over the years has to make the people change with the development in all areas, now the future will depend of knowledge, and is with knowledge people will have the capacity to communicate.

•As we could see these concepts also work as a process and they complete each other, changing everyday, improving each other as well.

•We need language to be able to communicate, we also need language and communication to work in teaching and learning.
