Boulevard PrinciplesThis competition is not about Ross Avenue in particular. It is intended to be a reflection of what citizens of dallas would like to see on many streets. Focus your efforts on the small things -city comforts- that will make Dallas life more enticing: places where people can meet; methods to enable multiple transit options (driving, walking, bicycling, public transit); art that infuses personality into locations and makes them into places. All segments need the basic elements:

Boulevard CompetitionThis competition is not about design being expensive. Good design will be judged by the feelings of ease, restfulness, comfort and opportunity for chance encounters with others.
