7pm – Dinner (with pre-registration $16/members & $21/non members) and Talk with Estelle Frankel Curiosity & Not Knowing—How Our “Questions” Open up The Gates of FreedomCuriosity, the driving force behind all learning, growth and discovery, is a central Jewish value. We see this in the way “questioning” is central to Torah study and Talmudic discourse. In preparation for Seder night we will explore how the journey to freedom begins with asking questions, challenging the status quo and stepping outside the box.

By letting go of our preconceived ideas and assumptions, our knowing, we begin to experience life with immediacy. We see people and things as they are, not as we imagine. This is what is meant by “beginner’s mind” or nondual awareness.
