Tim is head of the 70 strong UK Contract Services team at Turner & Townsend. He has over twenty five years of experience as a chartered quantity surveyor, with over fifteen of those years specialising in claims, dispute resolution and expert witness work. Ryan is a director at Turner & Townsend and head of Middle East Contract Services based in the United Arab Emirates.
