John joined Turner & Townsend in 1989 and is the Global Head of Contract Services across, the company’s eight regions of operation. Tim is head of the 70 strong UK Contract Services team at Turner & Townsend. He has over twenty five years of experience as a chartered quantity surveyor, with over fifteen of those years specialising in claims, dispute resolution and expert witness work. He provides independent advice to clients and contractors on contractual issues and quantum matters on construction and infrastructure projects, with special expertise in the avoidance or resolution of disputes before they escalate. He acts as a quantum expert witness in litigation, arbitration and adjudication, including professional negligence cases. Chris is a director of contract services recently relocating from our UK team to Dubai. Alan joined Turner & Townsend in 2011 as the director responsible for establishing and launching our Scottish Contract Services division. Alan has significant construction experience in advising on commercial and contractual approaches across a diverse portfolio of projects in the public and private sectors. Alan’s role encompasses support on projects that are being delivered during the construction phase, as well as providing advice upon disputes and dispute avoidance. Vincent is a director based in London and possesses over 35 years of experience within the construction, civil, petrochemical, mining, and power industries. Vincent has directly worked for construction, engineering, international oil majors, specialist dispute companies and as a Director in the largest of the UK’s Big 4 Accounting Firms. Vincent has been involved in some of the world’s largest oil & gas projects, including acting as commercial lead on a $2bn+ fabrication package of the overall $50+bn Gorgon project, Australia and, on behalf of the Kazakh government, acting as lead on an audit to determine root causes of the Kashagan phase 1 project increasing in cost from $8bn to $50+bn.
