Dear Colorado Educator:

We are pleased to announce that the Colorado Department of Education has awarded a contract to Excent Corporation to provide Enrich, a comprehensive data management solution for your special education population. Enrich will provide the state approved IEP and related forms as listed on the State web-site, as well as special education discipline management reporting. It includes document management, compliance checking, data collection and state reporting for your districts special education program.

Enrich is designed to manage all of the IDEA requirements for Colorado. Enrich is also linked to the districts Student Information System. All students, teachers and courses can be loaded into the Enrich database. This provides the opportunity for districts to expand their program management functionality to other programs. That might include processing the forms, data and reporting for programs such as Individual Literacy Plan (ILP), 504, Gifted, English Language Learners (ELL) and your Child Find Program (EC).

The good news is that CDE has purchased the Enrich licensing, hosting, implementation and training for you. This saves the district money and may free up technology and software funding to be reallocated to other special needs programs. Excent has beneficial solutions that can be added to Enrich using IDEA funding to support your district. This catalog is designed to provide information about those Excent solutions that can be added to your Enrich system. For districts in Colorado we have developed volume pricing which brings these solutions to you at affordable rates.

feedback with one another as they discuss their pursuit of their Ultimate Lives.

The RealityThe Ultimate Life Workshop was developed to change the rules of the game by challenging students to think

Leveraging Ultimate Life Institutes empowerment methodology, the Workshop focuses on the 7 Mindsets to

Live Your Ultimate Life to empower students to take accountability for their graduation and future. It inspires

them with a new and positive expectation for their life. It assists teens in uncovering and appreciating their unique

talents and interests, and then aligning them with a future vocation.

Based on state and federal education objectives, the Ultimate Life Workshop instills in students an action orienta-
