Nature of the Project:The resort intends to expand the area of the resort to the extent of 19,199 square meters per approved plan FLI-051727-54-D approved on May 26, 2008. EXTENT OF WORK NEEDED:
The resort would remove and clean the dead corrals within the area approved for the resort located on the left side and back side of the resort, excluding the mangroves.An excavation of the area would be needed to increase the level of water, so that the seawater would reach the fence of the resort. No improvements would be constructed to impede the free flow of waterREASON FOR THE EXPANSION:The resort has been existing since 2007, it is constructed to provide recreational facilities to the interested customers As the years passed by clients have noticed the clean seawater alongside the resort conducive for swimming. To provide more fantastic recreational facilities, the EURASIAN PARADISE RESORT has accepted the challenge for expansion. IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITY:The expansion would attract tourists to visit and stay in Balogo. The Eurasian Paradise Resort being strategically located at the entrance of the barangay would showcase the beauty and cleanliness of the barangay.The resort had been employing local residents. More guests would mean more jobs for the residents of Balogo.
