• Mr S Ghosh is a management graduate from IIM-K with post graduation qualifications in knowledge management, personnel management, exports, competitive intelligence, software engineering, quality control and six sigma. He is also ‘Certified in Sales’ under ISO norms by Dutch Council for Accreditation, Geneva. He has over 20 years of experience across industries working in Indian as well as US-based companies at the CEO/ Business Head levels. He has also advised various PSU’s, corporate bodies and Government institutions on Knowledge Management, Outsourcing and Strategic Business Processes.

Jitendra Singha

• Jitendra Singh is technology Graduate with extensive experience in field of technology and mobility marketing. He has worked with various organization like Oxigen Infovision , Velti and Tata Indicom. He has deep domain knowledge of mVAS, eCommerce, mCommerce, IVR, ASR, Bulk SMS (MO / MT), USSD, Bulk Voice OBD or HVX, Mobile Marketing, Mobile Applications etc.

We Offer an alternative to Joint Venture model, wherein a business entering India is forced to do a Joint Venture for Indian Market expertise. In our model, we offer the Indian Partnership but as a service provider not as a Jont Venture Partner.

Sometimes, Our partners wants us to work on low fee supported by Equity Offerings to check the waters at low cost and also because our partners wants us to have our skin in the game. We are open to working for equity but even in such cases we charge our partners towards cost incurred on ground staff. In such cases, we are open for buy back arrangements at the time of our exit from management.

We are open to transfer staff over time to our partners for the sake smooth transition from our hands to our Partners' management in case of BOOT model.

Our Model is better suited to Foreign Companies interested in exploring Indian Water as it is a low risk model and is built by us as something which can be closed/disposed at short notice. It is also suitable for C- Level Professionals who are not ready to leave their jobs and would like test the Entrepreneurial waters without getting their feet wet.
