Business SituationKaiser Permanente was seeking to set-Up Project Management Office (PMO) to provide Project Management support on Y2K Project for Divisional/Program Offices North (DPON) area. It sought support from AstroWix to Help Y2K program management team to establish processes to ensure Y2K compliance on desktops, laptops and servers. Alcatel Lucent needed a defined workflow which could be tracked on PM System at various stages.

Since Alcatel executes projects of laying of Optical Fibres for various telecom service providers it had

become crucial for them to set up project management processes for improved monitoring and

Case StudiesBusiness Situation IFCI needed an IT Solution to monitor and control the progress of the project/s. IFCI also required to monitor the Finances involved with respect to a particular project. Once IFCI Sanctions a particular amount for a project, the disbursement happens over a period of time and sometimes it is related to be progress of the projects.

It needed an IT solution which could help the Project Team Members to efficiently capture the required information, track the progress and help them in reminding for the upcoming dates of ‘Receivables’ both of Interest and the Principal Amount.
