Worship & Tech Ministry Volunteers Needed Volunteers are needed in our Worship and Arts Ministry. If you are a drummer or can play a synth keyboard or electric guitar and are willing to serve on the Worship Team, please mark your Connections Card. We are also looking to train people for the positions of projection, lighting, and mixing live music. No previous experience is required for the tech team. CHILDREN’S MINISTRY Fun Fall Festival October 31, Worship Center Fun, FREE event with carnival games, cakewalk, costume contest, door prizes, food, and cider! Invite your family and friends. For this event we need over 100 hundred fun filled volunteers. All of the areas we need help with are listed on the Connections Card. We are also accepting wrapped candy donations, and gift cards ($5-$25) for door prizes. SERVING CONNECTION

Harvest Dinner Volunteers Thursday, November 14, 6:00PM We need volunteers to help with our Harvest Dinner. Check the Connections Card for details regarding these positions. Chair Stacking Team Available for 1-3 hours a week. Every week chairs get taken down in the Worship Center either Sunday or Tuesday, and set back up Friday or Saturday. We will be hearing from a few of our women that are working towards their NANC certification for Biblical Counseling. They will be sharing on various topics regarding our sanctification. Please invite your family, friends, and neighbors to this night! It will be a no charge event, but please consider bringing one baby item to donate to Pregnancy Choices. YOUTH MINISTRY Common Objections to the

Christian Faith Wednesday, 7:00PM, Youth Center 7th-12 graders are invited to join us for a new series on the common objections to the Christian faith. Topics discussed will include: Why would God send people to an eternal hell? Why would God allow suffering in this world? What is heaven like? Did the resurrection of Jesus really happen? Support Human Life October 27, November 3, $5 per line Each January Human Life sponsors a signature ad in the Skagit Valley Herald containing the names of pro-life supporters in Skagit County. Human Life collects your names every October during the annual Respect Life month. You will be listed with other church members. Signatures will be collected starting next week.
