Survey Management
The rapid development of unconventional reservoirs has
highlighted the benefits of wellbores being intentionally
positioned in close proximity to one another. This, combined with
the economic and environmental benefits of increased well density
on each pad, has led operators to place a greater focus on the
quality and precision of wellbore surveying. Recognizing the need
for enhanced survey accuracy in order to reduce the chance of a
collision, ProDirectional has worked with industry leaders to
establish a team of Survey Management specialists that can meet the
challenge of improved wellbore accuracy head on.
Working with all members of drilling operations,
ProDirectional’s Survey Management team employs industry accepted
standards to accurately position the wellbore and greatly reduce
the risk of collision with another well.
