We are committed to providing our customers with a traditional, local butcher experience. For us, that means providing the finest selection of locally sourced products combined with exceptional service.

Our trained butchers will help you select the perfect cut of meat and will prepare it in whatever way you like, offering essential cooking tips along the way.

All of our beef and lamb is hand selected by James Tormey, our meat specialist, and is fully traceable from farm to fork. It is 100% Irish Pasture reared and matured for a minimum of 21 days, to optimise tenderness and flavour. James is a master butcher, beef producer and farmer. He is the recipient of numerous highly coveted awards in the food business.

Located in our store on Baggot St. we use Kamado style grills, that burn natural lump wood charcoal, to give a delicious barbeque finish and intense flavour to our range of meat cuts and vegetarian dishes.

Signature dishes include:

Free-Range Burger100% natural lean Irish chuck beef, grilled to perfection and served with our own tomato & red pepper relish, rocket, mayonnaise & Irish farmhouse cheddar.

Toulouse Sausage BaguetteAuthentic Toulouse sausage served in a baguette with rocket, barbeque ruby onions and Dijon mustard.

Pulled Pork BlaaOur tender pork is cider brined, seasoned with our own spice rub, smoked over oak embers and cooked ‘low and slow’ for 10 hours. It is served in a floury bap with barbeque slaw & our own BBQ sauce.

We believe that using only the freshest ingredients & preparing all of our food by hand enables us to deliver products of unmistakable flavour and quality.

That’s why we have a team of in-house chefs who rise early each morning to prepare and cook all of the fresh produce you will find in our bakery, delicatessen & prepared food counter.

We work with artisan suppliers at home and abroad so that we can provide our customers with an inspiring selection of produce all year round.

Fresh fruit & vegetables are delivered to our stores 7 days a week, and you will find seasonal Irish favourites alongside more exotic varieties.

Our fishmonger has a fresh fish delivery every day. We source from all major Irish ports, as well as from around the world, to offer our customers a diverse selection of quality seafood.

We choose the best wines from all parts of the wine-growing world to bring you a vast selection. Our expert team in-store will help you to select the perfect wine and are happy to make recommendations.

Our kitchen offers a full catering service, with delivery to your door. We have an extensive menu and can cater for small and large events. Our team will help you to select a menu, complete with wines to complement every dish.
