Happy New Year Division 54 Key Clubbers!!!

I hope that everyone had a good winter break. It’s hard to believe that the Key Club year is coming to an end. DCON is considered the end of the Key Club year and the start of the next year. It is important that you send two representatives from your club to the LtG Election rally. Without 2/3’s of the clubs represented, the election is not valid. So, please try to attend and bring your key club friends!

MIRACLE MINUTE!!! There will be a miracle minute at the Election rally. The money will go towards Project Educate. We made $13 at the December DCM. Let’s make it a great service year!

Remember there is no campaigning for the LtG election.

This month the Divisional Council Meeting will be on January 26, 2013, 3pm at Camp Kiwanis in Kennewick.

The Election Rally will be held at Camp Kiwanis in Kennewick, WA on Columbia Park Trail on January 26, 2013. It starts at 1pm and all candidates need to be there 15 minutes early.

Each club is allowed two voting delegates, but everyone is welcome. I would like to have a representative from every club.

DRESS CODE:

Business attire (dress pants, slacks, buttoned up shirts and tie, dress suits, skirts, blouses, etc.)

DCM

Divisional Council Meeting

The DCM will be right after the Election Rally. I will provide drinks and cookies. I hope to see everyone there.

Project Educate donations end Feb. 1, 2013. However, you can purchase a t-shirt until Feb. 20, 2013. They are only $15 and I only have 29 left. So, let’s sell them all and show the PNW District that Division 54 rocks!

Hanford High volunteers made the paper when they helped out with the Salvation Army Thanksgiving Dinner. The Tri-City Herald had this picture on the front page of the paper. I would like to congratulate them and all key clubbers for their hard work and effort. Everyone deserves some kudos for helping others. I hope that during this winter season everyone can take some of their time and help out someone in need. There are awards at DCON for having the most service hours. Also, there is a service fair to broadcast unique projects that key clubs have done during the year.
