Responsible for managing and control outcomes associated with utilization, productivity and performance of personnel within water services. Prepares capital and operations estimates and control expenditure against approved allocated budget. Formulate and manages the evaluation and reviews of water Services Development plan against critical deliverables as identified in the Municipal IDP. Analyses and evaluate scoping, awards and deliverable phases or project associated of water and sanitation services to local communities.

Task Grade 15: Salary Scale- R360 299.00- R467 698.00 per annum [Total Remuneration Package - R670 286. 88 per annum]

(Subject to certain conditions) Minimum Requirements:

Matric , ND in Civil Engineering, Built Environment or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 5/6

Valid Registration with ECSA

5 -7 years relevant technical experience of which 3 years must be at a managerial level

No faxed CV’’s or e- mail applications will be accepted. It will be expected of candidates to be available for selection interviews on a date and time as determined by the Municipality. If the candidate / applicant is found canvassing any of the panelists he / she automatically disqualify him/herself. Appointments will be subjected to compulsory pre-employment screening in the form of qualification, reference, criminal checks and competency assessment (where applicable). Candidate in possession of foreign qualification should attach a certificate of evaluation of their qualifications from SAQA. If the candidate has not been contacted within a month after the closing date he/she must accept that his/her application was unsuccessful.
