Daily DiaryFull Day’s Time Table For Wearing and Removing the Invisalign Braces

6 am:Wake-up time! Braces are in the mouth. Have a quick shower.

6.30 am:Go downstairs and spend time with children, direct them to get ready for school. Remove the braces and keep aside on a kitchen towel. Brush your hair.

7.30 am:Children get in the school bus. I sit at the backyard with a cup of coffee.

7.50 am:Brush and floss my teeth and clean the braces. Clean the braces and put them back in mouth. It was about 1 hour and 20 minutes that the braces wear not worn. If I hadn’t checked, I would have convinced myself that it was just a 30 minutes break.

8.10 am:Sit for some office work.

9.15 am:Remember the Cadbury Favorites box in the pantry. Rush down and remove braces on a new kitchen towel.

10.15 am:Indulgence ends and panic starts to realize that another hour has been spent without the braces. Rush upstairs to brush and floss and wear the braces. A total of 2 hours and 20 minutes without braces have gone.

10.40 am:Drink a glass of water, without removing the braces —  Thankfully!

12.20 pm:Lunch hours. Braces out. Have crackers, sandwich and a banana.

12.37 pm:Brush teeth, leave floss this time. Aligners back. So far, 2 hours and 37 minutes time out.
