how a gallon of paint sells for $225. At Custom Refinements

we understand that we are spending your money and be-

cause of this Value Engineering has been the cornerstone

since our inception. Value engineering is not just a catch

phrase, it’s standard operating procedure. At Custom Refine-

ments we pride ourselves on getting the most for each and

every dollar spent on a project. We continue to research

products, suppliers and sub-contractors that we can count on

to accomplish the objective without blowing the budget.

Acceptance of the status quo is not an acceptable business

model in the changing world today. So, “What does quality

cost?” In short, the minimum you have to pay without sacrific-

ing the overall look, feel and longevity of your newly remod-

STRUCTURE

Custom Refinements was started by Chuck Hair in 1997 with a bag of tools, a pickup truck, and a willingness to learn. Today we are a team of professionals each with a set of directives aimed at providing outstand-ing service to our homeowners. No project is complete without our team agreeing there is nothing more we can do to close in on perfection.

From conception to completion, Custom Refinements has the right tools in place that keep our projects always moving forward. From the archi-tect to the designer, to the electrician and plumber, to the homeowner at the end we know you are going to love your new home.

Understanding that the majority of our customers are second homeown-ers with primary residences elsewhere, we have developed an online system of communication that allows you, the homeowner, to remain up to date with the progress of your project.
