Oracle Marketing Cloud offers many opportunities to leverage the information managed in CRM for marketing campaigns. This data is integral to creating effective marketing campaigns and driving quality leads to sales for action. Because not all CRM data should be moved to the Oracle Eloqua platform, how should a customer define and prioritize the movement of this valuable information? The answer depends on its level of marketing maturity and the core campaigns it wishes to execute. Campaigns that are acquisition-based, for example, may only need to push data to CRM for action.
