Project and construction Management Team has expertize in managing the project and he is

the communication link between management, Architect Engineer Firm, Contractor, Client and Site.

Team is capable of successful execution and managing all activities of Take over from Proposal group, Basic Engineering, Award to Sub-contractor, Detailed Engineering, Sub-ordering and manufacturing, Inspections & Dispatches, Site activities including erection and commissioning till handover to Client.

Team is having all round exposure of site as well as head office for execution of major packages like Coal Handling Plant, Ash handling Plant, Fuel Oil System, Water Treatment (PT/DM), Fire Fighting/ HVAC including E-BoP and Switchyard.

Project and construction Management Coordination in complex engineering work in PMO as

well site and field engineering support within the project encompassing Mechanical, Electrical, Piping and Instrumentation domains ensuring technical competence and compliance.

Lead Entire execution team including Technical and Non-technical resources for the project.

Review the project status with PM on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis.

Liaise with various government departments and authorities for obtaining various approvals & clearances.

Deploy various methodologies to analyze various processes, recommend modifications to minimize escalations, control variability, costs & reduce cycle-time.

Project and construction Management Working closely with the design, procurement,

construction, and accounts teams and external agencies to ensure timely completion of projects and refining the existing internal project management systems.

Coordinate with various internal departments for design, engineering related issues within set time schedule. Comprehensive Project management including Conceiving, planning, budgeting, liasioning, erection and successful commissioning within target cost & time.

Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, track-able and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.

Project and construction ManagementPerforms necessary coordination for recommendations

of solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences and errors/omissions. Assist for preparation of field change requests to resolve design issues.

Maintain accurate and up to date logs (RFQ, Vendor / Subcontractor, Purchase, and Owner etc.), track responses and advice for suitable actions.

Manage entire Projects involving resource planning, contract management, materials management, in-process inspection and team building in coordination with internal / external departments.

Provide technical guidance to the site, and resolve critical site issues.

Project and construction ManagementDevelopment, motivation and assessment of supervised

staff and labour resources.

Control and direct the work of all site based operations.
