Coca-Cola India wanted to empower its employees with a networked and distributed video conferencing,
data sharing, and wireless presentation solution. Numerous meeting rooms, a boardroom and a training
room were seamlessly integrated into a single Networked AV system at Coca-Cola’s office in Gurgaon, India.
The ChallengeCoca-Cola India Pvt. Ltd. handles the business activities of the brand in the South Asia region. They coordinate with a
global team spread across several countries. The company was looking for a powerful video collaboration solution at
their new Gurgaon office.
Actis undertook the design, implementation and audio visual integration of 25 rooms. These rooms are used for
presentations, video conferencing, and training applications. The project included numerous 4-8 seater presentation
rooms, 4 rooms with Cisco Telepresence solutions, a 52-seater training room, 4 senior executive rooms with
conferencing facilities, and a multifunctional cafeteria (town hall).
The challenge was to provide Coca-Cola with modern tools for seamless video collaboration and communication
while adhering to strict timelines.
The Professional Services Group at Actis helped create video collaboration and
meeting infrastructure that is flexible and cost-effective. The solution includes
interactive touch screens and wireless for easy data sharing
during presentations.

CCIPL was moving into new location almost after 20 years of operating
out of an old site. We were looking for an AV partner to setup our 3 VC
rooms with complete automation, 12 meeting rooms with screens,
