As one of pressure-contained equipments in process control

pipeline, valve castings' quality is most important for valve life,

personnel safety and environment safety, especially for the

high temperature and high pressure fields. So castings are

always certified firstly by the strict customer before valve

manufacturer are pre-qualified and approved as a qualify

supplier.

Comparing with most of other competitors, Neway owns two

self foundries: one is mainly to produce big size sand castings

by organic ester water glass sand cast process, and other is

mainly to produce small size investment castings by loss wax

cast process. So we can provide 100% castings with different

weight from 1kg up to 11000kg by ourselves, monthly produce

capacity is up to 1200 ton . And each foundry is equipped with

all kind of quality inspection facilities, such as: spectrum

instrument, non-destructive test machinery, mechanical

capability testing equipment and so on. So we can monitor

the whole process of valve manufacture to ensure the valve

quality, delivery, and competitive price, and to enable Neway

remain a creditable supplier for every customer.

computer network which links the entire operations of design,

efficient valve, we introduced the latest AUTO CAD and I-

DEAS software for all our new product design research which

include the advanced finite element analysis to virtually verify

the new design prior to production, this has resulted in

dramatically reducing the new product design time and ensure

a safe and cost efficient final product.

NEWAY technical personnel are always ready to offer on line or

on site technical training and support for all of its distributors,

agents and end users.

test facility to control the quality from rough castings or forgings

to final products. These facilities enable us to do Radio graphic

test, Ultra-sonic test, Dye-penetrate test, Magnetic test,

Positive Material Identifier (PMI), Impact test, Tensile test,

Hardness test, Fire safe test, Cryogenic test, Vacuum test, Low

fugitive emission test, High pressure gas test, High temperature

test and Hydro-static test.

Neway's quality assurance is dedicated in the pursuit of

a zero defect valve to customers. Neway perform active

6sigma quality management to continually enhance the

capacity of process control management based on

advanced data statistical analysis. NEWAY is certified

by ISO 9001 (certificate under DNV) and API 6D

(registered no. 6D-0285),API 6A (registered no. 6A-

0716) and our off-shore platform valves are type

approved by ABS. Moreover, NEWAY is the first valve

manufacturer in China to be certified to CE/PED

(category IV, mode B+D, certificate under B.V.) & TA

Luft (certificate under TUV) All of NEWAY soft seated

ball valves are fire safe tested and certified by Lloyd s

Register.

it is suitable for bi-directional flow isolation. We have 2 main

series: Slab gate & Expanding gate with maximum working

temperature upto 500 .

Neway axial flow check valve is a high performance valve

designed in accordance with API 6D and ASME B16.34, and used

widely in the pipeline system in order to keep the machinery

equipment from the damage of back flow . The valve features the

function of conventional check valve, and possesses the

advantage of eliminating water hammer damager, reducing noise

& pressure drop, and quick close. As per the difference of work

temperature and pressure difference, Neway can provide relevant

solution and specialized technical service & support.

NEWAY full opening check valve can be capable for pig ball

cleaning service. For big size, to prevent potential water

hammer damage caused by disc closing, a dashpot device can

be assembled to control the disc closing time. Both soft seat &

metal seat are available.

Neway axial flow check valve is a high performance valve

designed in accordance with API 6D and ASME B16.34, and used

widely in the pipeline system in order to keep the machinery

equipment from the damage of back flow . The valve features the

function of conventional check valve, and possesses the

advantage of eliminating water hammer damager, reducing noise

& pressure drop, and quick close. As per the difference of work

temperature and pressure difference, Neway can provide relevant

solution and specialized technical service & support.

NEWAY full opening check valve can be capable for pig ball

cleaning service. For big size, to prevent potential water

hammer damage caused by disc closing, a dashpot device can

be assembled to control the disc closing time. Both soft seat &

metal seat are available.

Small Cast Steel Floating Ball Valve

In addition to the advantage of low flow resistance, easily quick

open/close, well seal performance, long usage life, reliability,

easily mounted electric & pneumatic actuator, metal-to-metal

ball valve also have wider work temperature range and media

range, comparing with soft seal ball valve. The series valve is

mainly used in high temperature fields and powder media or

granular media in Service.

Neway small cast steel floating ball valve include one piece,

two pieces and three pieces body structure, and is a widely

applied small size ball valve. One piece body is connected

with seat oriented plug by screw; two pieces body is

connected with bonnet by screw or flange; three pieces body

is connected wi th bonnet by wafer.Aforement ioned

Small Cast Steel Floating Ball Valve

In addition to the advantage of low flow resistance, easily quick

open/close, well seal performance, long usage life, reliability,

easily mounted electric & pneumatic actuator, metal-to-metal

ball valve also have wider work temperature range and media

range, comparing with soft seal ball valve. The series valve is

mainly used in high temperature fields and powder media or

granular media in Service.

Neway small cast steel floating ball valve include one piece,

two pieces and three pieces body structure, and is a widely

applied small size ball valve. One piece body is connected

with seat oriented plug by screw; two pieces body is

connected with bonnet by screw or flange; three pieces body
