As you introduce numbers 1 to 10, children will use ten frames, a type of visual organizer.Ten frames help children see and begin to understand realtionships among numbers.
You could ask your children questions like these:
How many red counters do you see?How many parts of the ten frame are covered?What number or quantity do you see?Or, how many empty spaces in the ten frame are there for the number __?
They should answer your questions, and you could feedback them.
