Joined L.J. Hooker in 1989 and has had extensive experience, with an outstanding track record in all forms of Project Marketing, Real Estate sales and management (residential, commercial, retail and industrial) plus an in depth working knowledge in respect of Facilities Management and Letting Management (both permanent and serviced short term).

Member of the L.J. Hooker Captains Club (multiple MM$C member) and a permanent resident in India since 2008.

Joined L.J. Hooker in 1972 (Corporate) and went on to establish what was to become L.J. Hooker’s leading office. Established L.J. Hooker Project Marketing (QLD) and has personally transacted some $2 billion worth of residential apartments off plan.

The L J Hooker design studio was established to provide our clients with effective and timely solutions to their creative requirements.

The biggest complaint we hear in the marketplace is that the standard agencies do not understand the property market well enough to provide quality solutions, and that as a consequence the time it takes to work up designs is far too long and the process in general too costly.

We track market supply and demand, and look at rates of absorption and affordability issues in the market on an ongoing basis.

We conduct detailed research on an ongoing basis in both Bangalore and Hyderabad with some 65,000 units of new stock mapped in Bangalore and some 58,000 units in Hyderabad.

Individual research is conducted for clients as required with feasibility reports, pricing analysis and on going market data supplied as required.
