All new Scout and Leader applications submitted to

your District Executive by 9/28/2012

Applications submitted by 9/28 will be entered into the

membership system prior to your unit’s rechartering

start date.

Applications that are received after 9/28 may have a

chance of not being entered and therefore the unit

will need to enter the new member during the

recharter process.

Scouting Champion Challenge

The Challenge:

Have all current Scouts promote the adventure, fun and

excitement of Scouting to their non-Scout friends

and win some awesome prizes.

Prizes include Summer Resident Camp Fees, Scout

Shop Gift Certificates, and iPads

Scouting Champion Challenge

The Competition:

Age appropriate publicity and marketing activities for

Scouts of ALL ages leading up to the recruitment of

new Scouts.

Scouts submit the Champion Challenge form to the

Council Service Center before 5:00 pm on

September 28th to be eligible for the prizes.

Popcorn Bonus

1% Bonus Commission for Membership Growth

Increase your unit’s total membership by 10% or 5 Scouts,

whichever is lower, based on your unit’s October 31, 2011 and

October 31, 2012 membership totals.
